Mike Roudi
Founder & Partner

Mike Roudi is Founder and President of MCR Partners. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Roudi consults to communications and hi-tech companies in matters regarding their product strategies, organizational transformation, business processes, and management practices.

Prior to founding MCR Partners, Mr. Roudi held executive level positions at VarTec Telecom, Excel Communications, and AT&T. Mr. Roudi held product marketing leadership responsibilities for Long Distance, Wireless, Paging, Internet Access, and broadband product lines. He was also responsible for managing all the direct marketing acquisition, modeling, and data warehouse functions. Additionally, Mr. Roudi had responsibility for developing business-building product tools for Excel’s Independent Representatives.

Mr. Roudi currently resides in Dallas Texas but was born and raised in New Jersey where he attended Caldwell College, graduating with a B.S. degree in marketing.

Alex Heien

Managing Partner

Alex Heien joined MCR Partners in 2005.  His areas of expertise includes marketing, product development, product  operations, financial management and turn-around projects across a wide variety of consumer and business communication and hi-tech services.      

Before joining MCR Partners, Mr. Heien held key managerial and executive positions at AT&T and VarTec Telecom.  He was responsible for developing and managing multiple services including wireless, broadband, local service and satellite services.  Most recently, Mr. Heien served as VP of Business Development at XC Networks, an international communications company, where he identified new opportunities and grew revenue in areas of WiMax, cellular back-haul, VOIP services and private lines.    

Mr. Heien resides in Dallas, Texas.  He earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and MBA from the Cox School of Business at SMU
